Nearest Resource
One of the strongest features of our system is the Find Nearest facility. When you get a call from a customer you can locate the customer site on a map, click Find Nearest and choose whatever resource or skill set you require to visit the customer and the system will quickly tell you the location, best journey and estimated journey time for the closest 3, 5, 7 or how ever many vehicles you have to choose from to the customer.
