A new concept in vehicle tracking.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our exciting new software package Concepts-Explorer. Using a standard Windows application program rather than a web browser we have broken a lot of the rules that have previously governed the way that vehicle tracking systems have worked. We can now show multiple map windows, run simultaneous vehicle histories and customise the way your screen displays information.

SMS Text Service

We have added a text messaging service to our tracking system. From the Concepts-Explorer program you are now able to send a message direct to the mobile phone of any of your field based workforce. You do not have to obtain any specialised messaging equipment and can contact your staff whether they are in their vehicles or not. Everyone has a mobile these days so why not utilise it more?

ATG Decide on Concepts-Online

Warrington based ATG have taken the decision to install Concepts-Explorer on their engineering fleet in order to improve effeciency and customer service. The decision was made after surveying the tracking market place. Prime factors in the choice of supplier was the feature rich software provided and the simplicity of use. ATG provide static and rising bollard parking solutions to a wide customer base from a residential driveway to a full City Centre access control solution.

Concepts-Online goes Irish

Our first customer in the Republic of Ireland has just had Concepts-Online installed in their new Dublin Offices. Using the Concepts-Explorer software and GPRS service provided by O2 the system is keeping the service desk completly informed about the location of their field based operatives. It is hoped that by having access to this powerful information the company will be able to offer a better service to their customers by giving accurate ETA's and complete more jobs per week.

Arnold Laver says Yes!

Arnold Laver Timberworld, one of the countries leading forces in the timber industry have placed their trust in Concepts-Online to provide vital information about the location of its fleet of 102 commercial vehicles. These vehicles are delivering supplies sites around the country and each depot is able to use the information gathered to ensure correct and swift delivery times to its customers. After investigating the offerings from a number of suppliers IT Director Colin Dean decided that Concepts-Online was the best solution to his vehicle issues.

Concepts for Collins

Suffolk based waste company Collins Waste have become another new customer for us recently. After looking at various offerings from many Tracking System suppliers Collins decided that the functionality and ease of use made Concepts-Online the best choice for their operation. Having had the system installed for just over a month Kenny Brooks said "We've found the Concepts system to be a vital means of checking how our business is performing. Concepts for your Trailer?

We are very excited about the launch of yet another new product. Concepts-Online can now track your trailer as well as or instead of your tractor unit. By using a roof mounted, solar powered completely self contained unit we can now offer a very cost effective way of always knowing where you trailer is right now, and more importantly perhaps, where it was last left! The unit also has some very interesting add-ons such as Door monitoring switches, Temperature monitoring and alarms and a Cab Identification facility all connected to the main unit wirelessly! This is a great opportunity for Concepts-Online to push further into the market with ist products and services.

When Kent based Water for Work & Home Ltd decided it was time to upgrade their fleet of vehicles and expand their ever growing business they also thought it was time to change their tracking system. Against very stiff competition and aggressive price offerings we are pleased to say that Concepts-Online was the choice for the key decision makers at Water for Work. Stolen vehicle? Get a text message.......

An important new function from our system is it's ability to raise alerts when something happens to one of your vehicles. For example by using the "Guard Now" function of the software when a vehicle is parked an imaginary circle is placed around the vehicle. If the vehicle moves outside of that circle without the guard being disabled correctly and alert is raised by the software. This can be a pop up on the screen with an audible warning, an email or an SMS text message to one or more people. There are many other alerts that can be set, call us for more details.

Fleet Management service launched.

We often hear how all tracking system do the same thing and just show vehicles on maps!Concepts-Explorer goes way beyond that and with the launch of a fleet management module it now offers even more to the transport department. By using accurate GPS mileage data we are now able to tell the user when a service is due, when its time to book an MOT test or get a new road fund license. If on your service the garage suggest that you will need new tyres in the next 4000 miles, input the information into our system and you will get an email or text message when that 4000 miles is up to remind you!

ALP Scaffolding have chosen Concepts-Online as their tracking system supplier after deciding that our system suited their requirements better than other systems they had been looking at. The decision was based on the functionality of the software and the ease of use. If you need to know the location of your vehicles when you are away from your desk and PC we can now offer you a new service. By using your mobile and our new text service Concepts Mobile you simply type in a text message and send it to our servers asking "Where is my vehicle" and within seconds we return inofmation of the latest location of that particular vehicle back to your phone!
